Lori Landrio, OD
Dr. Lori Landrio graduated from SUNY College of Optometry in 1997. She was the Clinical Director of TLC Laser Eye Centers in Garden City for 10 years, working closely with renowned lasik and cataract surgeon, Dr. Eric Donnenfeld. Dr. Landrio is credentialed in the treatment and management of glaucoma, lasik and cataract comanagement. She is licensed to diagnose and treat most conditions and diseases of the eye including infections ('pink eye'), allergies and dry eye.
Dr. Landrio is a member of the American Optometric Association. Currently she is the President of the Nassau County Optometric Society. She is a member of the SUNY College of Optometry Mentoring Program.
Karen Dorman, OD
Dr. Dorman has been practicing optometry in Merrick for 27 years. She received her undergraduate bachelor's degree from SUNY Albany in 1976 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in 1980. Dr. Dorman has recently become an Assistant Professor at St. Johns University. She is also a consultant with Clinical Advisors, LLP where companies consult her for her expertise in the field of eye and vision care.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association, New York State Optometric Association, Nassau County Optometric Society and the International Society of Sports Vision.
Bertram Mitchel, OD
Dr. Mitchel has been practicing optometry in Nassau County for 45 years. He is a member of the AOA and Academy of Optometry. He has also served on the Board of the Nassau County Optometric Society.
Dr. Mitchel merged his practice with Dr. Dorman in 2001. His specialty interests include contact lens fitting and management of ocular disease.

Barbara is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She has been a life-line to the practice for the last 12 years.
